Youth & Community
During my time working with various youth and community theatre groups, I have worked with young people/adults to support in theatre and art based sessions in community settings. This has taken various mediums over the years from beginning at DIY theatre supporting their Youth drama programme back in 2022. To eventually leading then developing the Youth Theatre Programme into The Backstage Project (as seen on my young technicians page). Similarly I started GHS with Youth Drama, till I eventually started running Shortbreaks 5-11 Programme weekly and then during the holidays. Still so far to this day, run these sessions around my Technical work.
Thoughout my website you will see my main passion is technical theatre and engaging young people in learning these skills. I no longer work on many of these types of youth and community projects, however, it still has a strong place in my heart. As you may see, that most of my technical work is still based within these smaller community/learning settings.
